Hi, I'm Jade!

I create handmade jewellery, gifts and home decor, inspired by symbolism and creativity. I love symbolism, and everything I create has meaning. All of my creations start with a spark of a feeling, a personality, a theme and it grows as the piece is made. All of my creations have a distinct personality in my head once complete!

The aim of my creations is to bring joy, comfort, strength, fun, to help someone express themselves, to treat yourself or someone you care about. Whatever people need. I feel something that has been handmade with meaning can give so much and i truly pour so much care and thought into what i make.

I always have goodies in stock for you to browse or if you want something custom made i would be overjoyed to hear your ideas! Just send me a message with no obligation to buy.

Thank you for stopping by to have a browse it means so much to me xx

Starting out

I first started making jewellery when i was in my early teens and i developed an interest in the gothic style. I didnt have much money and i couldnt afford to buy alternative jewellery and so i would go to car boot sales and charity shops buying second hand jewellery which i would take apart and make into alternative designs that suited my taste. It taught me to think outside of the box and come up with how i could make what i wanted out of the random supplies i would have! Now i can afford to buy brand new supplies to make beautiful jewellery but i still never follow any instructions lol i still love to figure out how to create what i envision!

Dreamcatchers

The next thing i started to make after jewellery was dreamcatchers! And not just ones with some feathers and beads oh no i started adding charms! I wanted to expand beyond the traditional string used to wrap the hoops and i found thin satin ribbon looks sooo beautiful! I use both methods now plus to add decoration fancy ribbons like lace and organza, wrapping wire with charms and beads, artificial leaves and flower vines! The biggest one ive made so far was 5 hoops long! It was for my Aunties 50th Birthday, so a hoop for every decade. Within each hoop i hung charms to represent different things she loves in her life. She still has it and its been over 10 years since i made it for her so it certainly proves i can make them to last lol
